Future IMRA Cycles
Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) Cycle 2027 will include a review of instructional materials for K–12 Languages Other Than English (LOTE), additional courses in 6–12 Career and Technical Education (CTE), in addition to the previously reviewed subjects and grade levels from IMRA Cycles 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Request for Instructional Materials (RFIM)
The IMRA Cycle 2027 RFIM includes details and directions about the IMRA process for interested publishers. The RFIM went live on June 30, 2026, and TEA accepted initial interest responses (IMRA Cycle 2027 Form A) until September 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Selected publishers will be notified by December 7, 2026, following the November SBOE meeting.
