The below license applies only to pre-approval samples of Texas Education Agency (TEA) materials that are under State Board of Education (SBOE) review (“Program Materials”) and that are not subject to a Creative Commons (CC) license or a custom license with the third-party owner. This license is intended to provide notice to reviewers of granted rights and restrictions on use of the materials. All users should be aware that certain Program Materials are subject to custom or CC licenses as applicable and noted in the materials. The units that are under CC license are not limited by this license and are subject to the terms of the applicable CC license noted in that particular material.
