K–5 English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) Materials and Reports

Instructional materials and reports are separated by full-subject materials and partial-subject materials. Full-subject ELAR materials cover all Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) with phonics components included, while partial-subject ELAR materials focus solely on phonics TEKS.

ELAR IMRA Reviewed Instructional Materials 

Under each heading, the publishers of the instructional materials are presented in alphabetical order. Instructional materials are shared in various ways depending on the publisher, and all information needed to view materials is provided, including links, usernames, and passwords, if applicable.

As a reminder, the instructional materials linked here are for review purposes only and may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, publicly displayed, modified, transmitted, or derivative works made thereof, without the publisher’s prior written approval.

IMRA Reports

To see the final report for each ELAR product reviewed in IMRA Cycle 2024, review the IMRA Report (shared as a PDF) under each product name. 

The following are the comprehensive IMRA reports for all instructional materials reviewed in IMRA Cycle 2024: 

  • State Review Panelist (SRP) Feedback Report (PDF): This report lists all state review panelists' feedback and suggestions, identified content errors, and suitability flags for prohibited content along with the publishers' responses to each.
  • Public Feedback Report (PDF): This report lists the comments, identified alleged factual errors and all suitability flags for prohibited content identified by the public along with the publishers' responses to each.
  • Publisher-Identified Changes, Corrections, and New Content Report (PDF): This report contains new content created by the publisher during the review process and error corrections as well as editorial changes. The new content, changes, and corrections submitted by the publishers must be included in the final versions provided to schools as a condition of approval by the State Board of Education (SBOE).
